General Order Information
If an item is in stock, it will ship within 1 business day. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when you place your order and another when your order ships. The shipment confirmation will include tracking information and a delivery estimate.
We provide free insured shipping via UPS and FedEx. At checkout, please provide a shipping address where someone will be present to sign for your package. For insurance purposes we require a signature for delivery and if someone is not present to sign for your package you will experience a delay in receiving your goods. Typically we ship either Ground or 2nd Day. If you need to expedite shipment please e-mail us with your request.
Stock + Availability
Some items in our shop are made to order; these may take up to two weeks to ship. If any item in your order is not immediately available to ship for any reason, you will receive an e-mail from us within 1 business day with an estimated shipping date.
If you need a ring in a size that is not listed as an option on the product page we can size one for you. E-mail us your request. Please note that there is an additional fee of $75 to size a ring up or down one size in 18k gold and $40 in sterling silver. Resizing will also delay shipment of your product, typically by 3 business days.
We take commissions for bespoke jewelry. Contact us with your dream and we will make it a reality.
14-day Returns and Exchanges
We work hard to serve you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, e-mail us with a request to return your item(s) anytime within 14 days after receipt of your purchase for either a full refund or exchange. We will generate a Return Authorization Number and e-mail it to you with return instructions.
You are responsible for shipping fees for returns and exchanges. You are free to choose USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping with insurance coverage is highly recommended. Lisa Kim Fine Jewelry is not responsible for merchandise that is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit back to us. Items must be unworn and undamaged upon return to receive full credit.
Lisa Kim Fine Jewelry is produced with exceptional attention to detail in Los Angeles. In the event that your item requires repair, we strongly recommend that you send it to us. We know our pieces and we love them from start to finish; we know how to repair them best. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your repair needs. We will work with you to evaluate the repair(s) needed and then we will provide you with a quote.
